Role Overview
Apply your technology transactions expertise to improve how advanced AI systems review, interpret, and evaluate contracts. This part-time, remote contractor role focuses on training and assessing AI for real-world legal work, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves accuracy, risk identification, legal judgment, and output precision.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of technology transactions experience, including negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
- Experience at a corporate law firm.
Work Terms
