Role Overview
Apply your legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world legal analysis, research, drafting, and feedback. This remote contract opportunity is designed for attorneys with experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms who have worked on sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis across a range of U.S. law topics and provide nuanced guidance.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives with current, accurate information.
- Draft, review, and edit legal materials, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
- Assess legal texts and provide structured feedback on clarity, accuracy, and alignment with legal best practices.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities as part of content quality assurance.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of precision and attention to detail in all submissions.
Qualifications
- Mandatory current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms.
- Active license to practice law and strong academic credentials.
- Experience across litigation, corporate law, M&A, or varied legal practice areas.
- Demonstrated strength in legal analysis, legal research, legal drafting, content review, and quality assurance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating remotely and contributing to multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience with rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
- A consistent commitment to accuracy, precision, and legal best practices.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $140 to $400 per hour.
