Role Overview
Join a dynamic team as a Transactional Attorney, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of legal AI. This part-time, remote position is ideal for experienced in-house attorneys who are passionate about leveraging their expertise in technology transactions to enhance AI training and evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance and output precision.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to rigorously assess AI performance on contract tasks.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly in negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

CompensationHourly Rate: $80 - $105
EligibilityMust have active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
Prior exposure to AI or legal tech is preferred.
