Role Overview
Create high-quality, real-world commercial agreement documents to seed and train next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and delivering templates, samples, and annotated examples of common commercial agreements for use in a training dataset. Work remotely and produce practical, well-structured transaction materials that reflect current legal standards and industry practice.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and deliver templates, sample agreements, and annotated examples for: Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property licensing agreements, Marketing agreements, and other licensing agreements.
- Ensure each document reflects current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
- Provide clear, well-structured documents suitable for AI training, including practical annotations or commentary when requested.
- Source and supply eligible transaction materials, or create non-confidential originals that meet project requirements.
- Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables.
- Required skills: contract drafting, commercial agreements, legal document review, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, remote collaboration, and familiarity with legal compliance and industry best practices.
- Prefer practicing or recently qualified commercial attorneys with experience drafting and negotiating standard commercial agreements.
- Proven ability to adapt or create legal documents for real-world commercial scenarios.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote collaboration environment and delivering assignments on schedule.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure documents comply with applicable laws and best practices.
- Interest or background in legal operations, legal technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.

- This is a document-driven engagement; contributors are directly responsible for sourcing and supplying eligible transaction materials or drafting original, non-confidential documents.
- Contributors are expected to produce the agreement types listed in the responsibilities section and to deliver materials that can be used for AI training purposes.
- No confidential, NDA-protected, proprietary, or material non-public information may be submitted.
Pay range: $80.00 to $100.00 per hour. Contributors are additionally compensated on a per-document delivered basis as set by the engagement.
Eligibility- Work is open to contractors who can provide eligible, non-confidential transaction materials or draft original documents that meet project requirements.
- Submissions must not contain confidential client information, NDA-protected materials, proprietary data, or MNPI.
