Help develop practical, real-world commercial agreements that support the training of next-generation AI systems. This remote, document-driven contractor role focuses on sourcing, drafting, reviewing, and delivering high-quality transaction materials for commercial use cases.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and provide well-structured templates, samples, and annotated examples of Master Service Agreements, lease agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements, marketing agreements, and other licensing agreements.
- Ensure agreements reflect current legal standards, relevant legal requirements, industry best practices, and practical commercial applications.
- Submit accurate, high-quality documents for inclusion in an AI training dataset.
- Communicate promptly and professionally, in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables.
- Source and supply eligible transaction materials directly.
- Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP agreements, and marketing contracts.
- Strong contract drafting, legal-document review, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, clarity, and accuracy in contractual language.
- Ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios while maintaining legal compliance.
- Experience collaborating remotely and completing assignments independently.
- Interest or experience in legal operations, legal technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
- Work is centered on document delivery, and contributors are expected to produce commercial agreements as project deliverables.
- Advertised compensation is $80 to $100 per hour.
- Contributors are paid per document delivered.
