Role Overview
Apply BigLaw immigration law experience to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, practical legal analysis and feedback. This remote independent contractor opportunity focuses on complex U.S. immigration matters and technology-enabled legal workflows. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze immigration-law documents and legal scenarios for accuracy and compliance.
- Draft, edit, and evaluate legal content, including memoranda, briefs, and case documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using industry-standard tools and databases.
- Use case-management software to simulate and assess technology-enabled workflows.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to refine AI-generated legal outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity and practical usefulness of legal data.
- Contribute BigLaw practice insights to strengthen project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law and demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law.
- Significant BigLaw firm experience handling complex immigration casework and client advising.
- Advanced legal writing, document-review, analytical, and legal-research skills.
- Familiarity with case-management and document-review technology.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary work.
- Experience with technology-driven legal projects, AI initiatives, or legal-operations innovation is preferred.
Work Terms
- Remote, independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $140 to $400 per hour.
