Russian Bilingual Audio Evaluator

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your Russian language expertise to real-world audio evaluations. You will assess how naturally and fluently Russian is spoken, provide clear English-language feedback, and contribute insights that strengthen Russian language understanding and generation. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Russian audio clips and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document evaluations in concise written English, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed reasoning for each assessment to support clarity and consistency.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share insights that help improve AI performance in Russian language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review tasks accurately, on time, and to a high quality standard.

Qualifications

• Native-level Russian proficiency, including strong spoken and written command.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear and accurate feedback.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
