Hebrew Language Expert for AI Training

Role Overview

Use expert Hebrew language skills and cultural knowledge to translate, localize, proofread, and adapt written content so it reads accurately and appropriately for Hebrew audiences. This role supports language-quality projects that improve content and AI language performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate and localize materials to and from Hebrew, ensuring accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness.
• Proofread and copyedit Hebrew text for grammar, spelling, tone, and style consistency.
• Adapt tone and style to fit project requirements and target audiences.
• Provide linguistic guidance, terminology guidance, and quality assurance to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct linguistic reviews and give constructive feedback to improve deliverables and team output.
• Keep current with Hebrew language trends, idioms, and cultural nuances to maintain relevance and quality.
• Support process improvements for Hebrew language workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Hebrew, with strong command of grammar, spelling, and stylistic conventions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and strong English communication ability.
• Demonstrated experience in translation, localization, or linguistic quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of Hebrew idioms, cultural sensitivities, and contemporary usage.
• Proven ability to produce compelling, accurate, and audience-appropriate written content.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, with proactive communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional background in linguistics, translation, or a related field.
• Experience supporting product, marketing, or digital content initiatives in Hebrew.
• Familiarity with computer-assisted translation tools, localization platforms, or linguistic QA systems.

Work Terms

• Employment type: Contract, independent contractor engagement.
• Location: Remote, candidate must be based in the United States or Canada.

Compensation

Pay range: $10.00 to $30.00 per hour.
