Chinese Voice Coach for AI Training

Coach Chinese language learners in pronunciation, tone, intonation, and voice projection to produce high-quality, real-world audio and guidance that help train next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role values your domain expertise in Chinese language and voice work, no prior AI experience required.

• Provide individualized coaching in Chinese pronunciation, tone, and intonation for learners at varying skill levels.
• Develop and facilitate tailored voice training sessions so each participant meets their communication goals.
• Assess learners’ speech patterns and deliver actionable feedback to drive measurable improvement.
• Design engaging lesson materials and exercises using written and verbal methods.
• Deliver training remotely using digital platforms, maintaining a motivating and interactive environment.
• Track learner progress and adjust coaching strategies to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to refine voice coaching practices and share insights.

Required

• Native or near-native fluency in Chinese, with clear and precise pronunciation.
• Demonstrated experience in voice coaching, language instruction, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Mandarin phonetics, linguistic nuances, and voice projection techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for helping others improve.
• Proficiency with remote communication and digital collaboration tools, for example Zoom or Teams.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients or sessions effectively.
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.

Preferred

• Background in performing arts, linguistics, or speech therapy.
• Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
• Certification in Chinese language instruction or voice training.

• Engagement type: Contract, remote.
• Independent contractor relationship.
• Deliver coaching via digital platforms; candidates must have their own reliable internet and equipment to conduct remote sessions.

• Pay rate: $30 to $65 per hour.

• No prior experience in AI is required; domain expertise in Chinese language and voice coaching is the primary qualification.
• Must be native or near-native in Chinese and able to teach Mandarin phonetics and pronunciation.
