Role Overview
This remote contract role focuses on turning Hebrew audio into high-quality training data. AI experience is not required, the role relies on your Hebrew language expertise and transcription skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe and review Hebrew audio with close fidelity to the source material.
- Correct machine-generated Hebrew transcripts, resolving inaccuracies and misinterpretations.
- Add detailed metadata tags and contextual annotations to improve transcript quality and usability.
- Work with the customer team to deliver consistent, high-quality work on schedule.
- Provide feedback that strengthens transcription guidelines and processes.
- Maintain an organized workflow across large datasets and multiple audio files.
- Communicate clearly in written documentation and team interactions.
Qualifications
- Fluent Hebrew proficiency, including strong listening comprehension.
- Experience with audio transcription, annotation, and metadata tagging.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precise, consistent output.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain linguistic nuances.
- Familiarity with audio formats and transcription tools.
- Ability to work independently as part of a remote, distributed team.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an audio engineer, data annotator, or professional transcriber.
- Experience improving machine-generated transcriptions.
- Experience supporting large-scale or sensitive transcription projects.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $20 to $35 per hour.
