Role Overview
Apply deep Nynorsk language expertise to improve written and spoken communication across projects, support content production and localization, and help create consistent language standards for a remote-first team working with AI training and evaluation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Review, edit, and proofread Nynorsk content to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency with brand and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to produce high-impact written and verbal communication in Nynorsk.
- Develop and maintain language standards, glossaries, and style guides tailored to Nynorsk usage.
- Provide expert guidance and quality assurance for translation, localization, and transcreation into Nynorsk.
- Give constructive feedback to writers and translators to support continuous improvement in language quality.
- Monitor industry trends and linguistic innovations to keep Nynorsk content current and engaging.
- Contribute to training sessions and workshops to promote best practices in Nynorsk communication.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Nynorsk, with exceptional written and spoken skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Engagement type: Contract, available as full-time or part-time.
- Work location: Remote, in a remote-first team environment.
Pay range: $10 to $40 per hour.
