Apply your logistics and supply chain expertise to evaluate and improve real-world documentation and workflows, and help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, domain-specific input. This contractor role is remote, and focuses on reviewing and annotating logistics documents to improve how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior experience in AI is required.
Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and provide detailed feedback on logistics documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers, for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance.
- Develop and annotate sample documentation that demonstrates best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Evaluate current supply chain workflows and recommend practical improvements based on real-world experience.
- Deliver structured feedback on logistics scenarios, with emphasis on document structure, data correctness, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements, explain complex logistics concepts clearly, and ensure outputs meet project needs.
- Participate in quality assurance by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.
- Contribute to creation of training materials and resources that reflect industry standards and nuanced supply chain challenges.
- Required skills: logistics, supply chains, packing lists, bills of lading, inventory registers.
- Preferred experience: 3+ years of hands-on work in logistics and supply chain management, with specific experience handling packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
- Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
- Proven analytical ability to identify process improvements in logistics contexts.
- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English.
- Master''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment and delivering timely, high-quality contributions.
