Role Overview
Apply your logistics and supply chain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world documentation review, process analysis, and detailed industry feedback. This remote contractor role focuses on optimizing supply chain processes and documentation. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge is the core qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and provide input on packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance.
- Create and annotate sample logistics documentation that demonstrates supply chain management best practices.
- Assess current supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on practical experience.
- Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, with emphasis on document structures and process optimization.
- Work with project teams to clarify requirements and communicate complex logistics concepts clearly.
- Support quality assurance by validating the relevance and accuracy of supply chain data sets.
- Help develop training materials and resources that reflect industry standards and nuanced supply chain challenges.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on logistics and supply chain management experience, particularly with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
- Strong knowledge of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
- Fluent English communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
- Demonstrated analytical ability and experience identifying logistics process improvements.
- A master''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment while delivering timely, high-quality work.
