Key Responsibilities:- Create, review, and optimize human resources documents in German, ensuring precision and adherence to best practices.
- Develop templates and standard operating procedures for HR documentation suitable for Fortune 500 companies.
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality files for HR processes.
- Provide expert input to AI training workflows, ensuring models receive accurate and contextually rich sample data.
- Collaborate with the customer''s team, delivering clear written and verbal feedback to enhance AI model development.
- Stay updated on German HR regulations, employment standards, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards in all work.
- Native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, focused on the creation and management of HR documents.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or within enterprise HR environments.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to synthesize complex HR information into clear and actionable documentation.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience supporting AI or technology-driven HR initiatives.
- Located in the United States with knowledge of both German and US HR practices.
- Advanced certification in Human Resources or related disciplines.
This is a contract position, with remote work flexibility. Ideally, candidates should be based in the United States.
Compensation:The hourly pay range for this role is $10 - $45.
