Apply German HR documentation expertise to create high-quality materials and provide real-world input that helps improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on precise, compliant, enterprise-grade HR documentation, with no previous AI experience required.
Key Responsibilities- Create, review, and refine German-language human resources documents in line with best practices.
- Develop templates and standard operating procedures for Fortune 500-level HR documentation.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality files supporting HR processes.
- Provide accurate, context-rich HR examples and expertise for AI training workflows.
- Work closely with the customer team and deliver clear written and verbal feedback that supports AI model development.
- Stay current on German HR regulations, employment standards, and documentation requirements.
- Protect confidential information and comply with data-protection standards in all work.
- Native-level German proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of HR experience focused on creating and managing HR documents.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or in enterprise HR environments.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to turn complex HR information into clear, actionable documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting AI initiatives or technology-driven HR programs.
- Based in the United States with deep knowledge of both German and U.S. HR practices.
- Advanced Human Resources certification or a related credential.
- Remote contract engagement.
