Role Overview
Apply German HR documentation expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, context-rich examples and feedback. This contract role focuses on producing enterprise-quality HR materials while helping improve how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and improve German-language human resources documents with precision and according to established best practices.
- Develop templates and standard operating procedures for Fortune 500-level HR documentation.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level to produce high-quality files that support HR processes.
- Provide subject-matter input to AI training workflows, ensuring sample data is accurate and contextually rich.
- Work closely with the customer team and provide clear written and verbal feedback to support AI model development.
- Stay current on German HR regulations, employment standards, and documentation requirements.
- Protect confidential information and comply with applicable data-protection standards in all work.
Qualifications
- Native-level German proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of HR experience focused on creating and managing HR documents.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or in enterprise HR environments.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to turn complex HR information into clear, actionable documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting AI initiatives or technology-driven HR work.
- Based in the United States and knowledgeable about both German and U.S. HR practices.
- Advanced certification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Work Terms
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Remote role, ideally for candidates based in the United States.
Compensation
$10 to $45 per hour.
