Help train next-generation AI systems by creating and refining Japanese-language marketing documents that will be used to teach and evaluate models. In this contractor role you will apply real-world marketing expertise to produce high-quality Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations in Japanese, ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy, and provide structured feedback that improves AI learning and evaluation. No prior AI experience is required, your domain marketing skills are the priority. The work supports micro1, an AI data lab focused on converting expert knowledge into high-quality training data and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities- Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese, using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing, including hands-on work producing marketing documentation.
- Experience with high-standard, global marketing environments, such as exposure to Fortune 500 companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrable ability to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for assessing document quality and effectiveness.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States, or strong familiarity with US-Japan business contexts.
- Experience on projects involving AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.

Hourly pay range: $30.00 to $70.00 per hour.
