As a Marketing Documents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the training of next-generation AI systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese, utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with the customer''s team to provide valuable input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes.
  • Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences.
  • Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, offering expert insights on best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information.
  • Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in written and verbal formats.
Qualifications:
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and hands-on experience with marketing documentation.
  • Experience with Fortune 500 companies or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrable expertise in creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Located in the US or possess significant understanding of US-Japan business contexts.
  • Experience working on projects involving AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
Work Terms:

Contract position, remote work is preferred, ideally based in the US.

Compensation:

Hourly pay ranging from $10 to $55.
