Role Overview
Apply Japanese-language marketing expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality documents, feedback, and evaluations. This remote contract role centers on creating, reviewing, and adapting marketing materials for Japanese-speaking audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine Japanese marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with the customer team to provide input and feedback that supports AI training and evaluation.
- Translate and adapt marketing content for linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Assess marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, sharing recommendations based on marketing best practices.
- Protect confidential information and maintain data integrity when handling sensitive project materials.
- Document project outcomes and provide structured feedback to strengthen AI learning and documentation practices.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in writing and verbally.
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, including hands-on marketing documentation work.
- Experience at a Fortune 500 company or in a high-standard global marketing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to produce professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to evaluate document quality and effectiveness.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States or deeply familiar with US-Japan business contexts.
- Experience with AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.

Compensation
- $30 to $70 per hour.
