Role Overview
Apply Japanese marketing expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality documents, feedback, and evaluations. This remote contractor role focuses on producing and assessing marketing materials for Japanese-speaking audiences; prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine Japanese marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to provide input and feedback that supports AI training and evaluation.
- Translate and adapt marketing content for linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance in Japanese-speaking markets.
- Assess marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, and provide insights on best practices.
- Protect confidential information and maintain data integrity when handling project materials.
- Document project outcomes and deliver structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in written and spoken Japanese.
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, including hands-on marketing documentation work.
- Experience with, or exposure to, Fortune 500 companies or high-standard global marketing environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to evaluate document quality and effectiveness.
- Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States or familiar with US and Japan business contexts.
- Experience with AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
Work Terms
- Independent contractor engagement.

Compensation
- $30 to $70 per hour.
