As a Marketing Documents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the training of next-generation AI systems. Your expertise will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities:- Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese, utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with the customer''s team to provide valuable input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes.
- Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences.
- Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, offering expert insights on best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information.
- Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in written and verbal formats.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and hands-on experience with marketing documentation.
- Experience with Fortune 500 companies or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrable expertise in creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Located in the US or possess significant understanding of US-Japan business contexts.
- Experience working on projects involving AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
Contract position, remote work is preferred, ideally based in the US.
Compensation:Hourly pay ranging from $10 to $55.
