Role Overview
The Business Operations & Analytics Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing business performance through data-driven insights and operational analysis. This position allows you to leverage your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn and perform with high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within business processes.
- Create, interpret, and refine dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence materials to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and document process flows, workflow analyses, and operational reviews to ensure clear, actionable insights.
- Design visual documentation, such as decks and presentation materials, to communicate complex data and recommendations effectively.
- Construct rubrics and frameworks for evaluating operational outcomes and performance measures.
- Translate data findings into concise recommendations and reports tailored to diverse business stakeholders.
- Contribute structured feedback and nuanced domain input to support the training and refinement of AI and analytics platforms.
- Proven experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Business Analyst, Strategy & Operations Manager, Program Manager, Revenue Operations Specialist, or Supply Chain Manager.
- Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on distilling complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Hands-on expertise in process documentation, workflow optimization, and operational review methodologies.
- Strong aptitude for interpreting and visualizing data in charts, tables, and executive summary formats.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality presentation decks and visual documentation for business contexts.
- Agility in adapting domain expertise to support innovative projects at the intersection of operations and analytics.
This is a contractor position that allows for remote work.
CompensationThe hourly pay for this role ranges from $50 to $60.
