Role Overview
Apply business operations and analytics expertise to a customer project that improves business performance through operational analysis and data-driven insight. Your real-world input will help train and refine next-generation AI and analytics systems. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and process-improvement opportunities.
- Create, interpret, and improve dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence materials that support informed decision-making.
- Develop process flows, workflow analyses, process documentation, and operational reviews that produce clear, actionable insights.
- Create decks, presentation materials, and other visual documentation that communicate complex data and recommendations effectively.
- Develop rubrics and frameworks to evaluate operational outcomes and performance measures.
- Turn findings into concise recommendations and reports tailored to business stakeholders.
- Provide structured feedback and nuanced domain expertise to support AI and analytics platform training and refinement.
- Experience as an Operations Manager, Business Analyst, Strategy & Operations Manager, Program Manager, Revenue Operations Specialist, Supply Chain Manager, or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools, dashboards, KPI reporting platforms, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, and operational review methods.
- Strong data visualization skills, including communicating insights through charts, tables, and executive summaries.
- Ability to create high-quality presentation decks and visual business documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Ability to adapt domain expertise for innovative operations and analytics projects.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $50 to $60 per hour.
