Prior AI experience is not required, your professional domain knowledge is the priority.
Key Responsibilities- Design, test, and refine automated workflows that connect AI agents with workplace tools, including documents, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and data systems.
- Identify repetitive manual work and recommend AI-driven automation strategies that improve operational efficiency.
- Create clear, repeatable guidance for using AI in everyday professional tasks.
- Use AI agents to research topics, synthesize findings, and present actionable insights to project stakeholders.
- Analyze business operations, workflows, and information flows to identify productivity opportunities.
- Work with technical and non-technical participants to connect data sources and tools for end-to-end automation.
- Provide feedback on AI agent performance to support iterative model improvement and practical usefulness.
- Extensive hands-on experience using AI agents to increase productivity, automate tasks, or streamline professional workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to connect and coordinate workplace tools through data connectors, automation platforms, APIs, or similar solutions.
- Professional background in business operations, engineering, finance, or a related field, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including research and the ability to turn findings into actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency with documents, spreadsheets, messaging systems, and data-management platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting processes and sharing insights with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to new technologies and workflow methods.
