About this role

Role Overview

Apply your U.S. litigation expertise to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems through practical, real world legal drafting. You will produce meticulous, deliverable quality work across commercial disputes, responding to evolving case theories and simulated opposing counsel under senior attorney direction. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft turn by turn litigation materials, including motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery documents.
  • Maintain a coherent case theory and litigation posture throughout simulated dispute lifecycles.
  • Incorporate detailed senior feedback promptly and revise work to project specifications with minimal redirection.
  • Create rubric items with each submission that identify the qualities of a strong legal response.
  • Identify procedural ambiguities, missing facts, and substantive issues for escalation to project leads.
  • Follow senior attorney direction for each drafting assignment in a mentor guided litigation workflow.
  • Produce work tailored to commercial contract, shareholder or LLC, and commercial real estate litigation contexts.

Qualifications

  • Active or lapsed bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and a Juris Doctor degree.
  • At least 3 years of post JD litigation experience, including hands on drafting, discovery, and motion practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft effective litigation documents for commercial contract, shareholder or LLC, or commercial real estate disputes.
  • Strong U.S. legal knowledge, litigation mastery, legal drafting ability, case theory application, and native level English command with command of legal register.
  • Ability to work efficiently to prescribed specifications and incorporate feedback quickly.
  • Law firm experience, including BigLaw, boutique, or mid market practice, is preferred.
  • Experience across multiple listed matter types, AI model training or evaluation, or federal court practice is a plus.

Work Terms

  • Remote contract engagement for candidates located in the United States.
  • Roles are typically filled within 48 hours, so applicants should be ready to begin promptly.
  • If selected, you will be expected to begin initial tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing required onboarding.

Compensation

$100 to $150 per hour.
