Apply litigation and complex transactional experience to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality legal analysis, drafting, and structured feedback. This remote contract opportunity draws on real-world expertise in high-value matters, with no prior AI experience required.
Role OverviewYou will contribute legal knowledge that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform accurately in sophisticated legal scenarios.
Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents, including contracts involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
- Draft sample agreements and legal clauses based on experience with high-value M&A transactions and private equity deals.
- Assess legal scenarios and provide structured commentary for AI model development, including matters involving data privacy and cross-border transactions.
- Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to provide legal insight and support accuracy in simulated legal tasks and scenarios.
- Help develop legal frameworks and decision rubrics.
- Participate in iterative feedback cycles to improve training data for legal precision and practical applicability.
- JD from a U.S. law school and active U.S. bar admission in good standing.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm, with work involving litigation and complex transactional matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain sophisticated legal reasoning to varied audiences.
- Successful remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork experience.
- Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills for high-stakes legal work.
- Experience developing or applying structured review rubrics is preferred but not required.
