Role Overview
Apply your litigation and transactional law expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. In this fully remote contractor role, you will provide high-quality, real-world legal input on matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge and experience at top-tier US law firms are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Research and analyze litigation matters and related issues arising in M&A, private equity, and capital markets contexts.
- Draft, review, and assess a wide range of contracts and transactional documents, identifying key issues and ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Provide subject-matter feedback on hypothetical and real-world legal scenarios to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models.
- Assess data privacy and regulatory compliance questions, identifying potential risks and recommended practices relevant to AI training scenarios.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams, including legal and technical professionals, participating in discussions and reviews and documenting input clearly and thoroughly.
- Adapt legal analysis and contributions to evolving project requirements across litigation and transactional contexts.
- JD or equivalent from a leading US law school.
- Active bar membership in the United States.
- Recent experience at a top-tier US law firm, with practice focus in litigation, M&A, private equity, or capital markets.
- Proven ability to draft, review, and interpret complex contracts and transactional documents.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and their implications for technology and digital assets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and precision.
- Comfortable with remote collaboration and working in multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams.
- Experience providing rubric-based legal analysis or structured feedback is a plus.
