Role Overview

Apply your BigLaw litigation and transactional experience to help train next-generation AI systems through precise, real-world legal analysis, drafting, and feedback. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents, including contracts related to M&A, private equity, and capital markets activity.
  • Draft sample agreements and legal clauses informed by experience with high-value M&A transactions and private equity deals.
  • Evaluate legal scenarios and provide structured commentary for AI development, including data privacy and cross-border transaction matters.
  • Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to provide legal insight and support accuracy in simulated legal tasks and scenarios.
  • Help develop legal frameworks and decision rubrics, then participate in iterative feedback cycles to improve the legal precision and practical applicability of training data.

Qualifications

  • JD from a US law school and an active US bar admission in good standing.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm, including litigation and complex transactional work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
  • Excellent written communication skills and an ability to explain sophisticated legal reasoning to varied audiences.
  • Proven remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork experience.
  • Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills in high-stakes legal contexts.
  • Experience developing or applying structured review rubrics is preferred, but not required.

Work Terms

  • Remote independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

  • $140 to $400 per hour.
