Litigation Attorney (Shareholder / LLC)

This remote contract role supports an innovative customer project involving commercial disputes among shareholders, LLC members, owners, and entities. You will produce and refine litigation work product under senior direction. No prior AI experience is required.

• Draft motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery materials for evolving commercial-dispute scenarios.
• Develop and update case theory and strategy as facts and instructions emerge.
• Define rubric criteria for strong, effective legal responses at each stage of an assignment.
• Incorporate senior feedback efficiently and refine submissions to a high standard.
• Identify ambiguities, missing facts, and procedural obstacles for resolution by senior contributors or project leads.
• Use only public or synthetic case materials while maintaining confidentiality and sound legal practices.
• Adapt work product to reflect real-world litigation assignments prepared for supervising-partner review.

• Current or prior bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of direct post-JD litigation experience, including drafting, discovery, and motion practice.
• Specialized experience in shareholder and LLC disputes, including fiduciary-duty claims, oppression, buyouts, and governance issues.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work product in shareholder and LLC dispute matters.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. law, litigation practice, case-theory development, legal drafting, and legal argumentation.
• Exceptional written English and the ability to synthesize direction and feedback quickly across complex scenarios.
• Federal court experience, work across multiple matter types, or prior AI training or evaluation experience is beneficial.

• Contract engagement.
• Remote, open to U.S.-based attorneys.
• Selected candidates should be prepared to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding.
• Roles are typically filled within 48 hours, so immediate availability is preferred.

$100 to $150 per hour.
