• Review contracts in detail, identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Research relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to inform project requirements.
• Draft, edit, and assess legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze regulatory-compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions and provide guidance aligned with applicable legal standards.
• Write clear explanations and rationales for legal positions and decisions.
• Collaborate asynchronously through written and verbal channels to clarify complex legal concepts.
• Review legal data and provide feedback that improves AI training materials.

• Active law license and at least 5 years of practice in contract law, compliance, or a closely related specialty.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, with close attention to legal nuance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts to legal and non-legal audiences.
• Comfort interpreting laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-focused environment.
• Familiarity with legal technology tools is helpful but not required.
