Apply your technology-contract expertise to improve how advanced AI systems interpret contract language, identify risk, and support real-world legal work. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology agreements while contributing expert judgment to AI training and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI-generated responses to contract scenarios, providing detailed feedback that improves performance and precision.
- Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
- Partner with product and research teams to refine training data, guidance, and best practices for AI-enabled contract review.
- Help shape the development and evaluation of legal AI tools for legal practitioners.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of experience focused on technology contracts, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical ability and the ability to turn legal judgment into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
- Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
- $80 to $200 per hour.
