Apply your technology transactions experience to help improve advanced AI systems used for real-world legal work. This part-time, remote contract opportunity focuses on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining workflows, with direct input into how AI identifies risk and interprets contract language.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI-generated responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves performance and precision.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-focused AI tasks.
- Partner with product and research teams to refine data, guidance, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- Help shape the training, evaluation, and practical application of AI in legal work.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of counsel experience in technology transactions, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Deep experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology-related contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
- Experience at a corporate law firm.
- Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
- $100 to $200 per hour.
