Role Overview

Apply your US legal expertise to shape how next-generation AI systems learn and reason, by producing and reviewing high-quality legal content used to train and evaluate AI. This remote contractor role values deep legal domain knowledge, precision, and experience at leading law firms, no prior AI experience required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of US law topics, delivering nuanced insights and practical guidance.
  • Perform in-depth legal research to ensure project materials reflect current and accurate law.
  • Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
  • Assess legal texts and provide structured feedback on clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
  • Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
  • Contribute to content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
  • Maintain exceptionally high attention to detail in all submissions.
Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in the United States.
  • Prefer current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to varied practice areas.
  • Proven abilities in legal analysis, legal research, and legal drafting across multiple subjects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience reviewing legal content.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance or rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
  • No prior experience in AI required, domain expertise is the qualification that matters.
