Litigator for AI Model Training

Use your litigation and appellate experience to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated legal content for a project at the intersection of law and emerging technology. Your substantive legal judgment will shape how next-generation models learn to reason about briefs, arguments, and memos. Prior AI experience is not required, the role centers on domain expertise and high-quality legal analysis.

• Evaluate AI-generated briefs, arguments, memos, and other legal outputs for factual and legal accuracy.
• Assess analytical rigor and adherence to professional and practice standards in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed, written feedback that identifies errors, logical inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Apply expert judgment to ambiguous or complex edge cases to inform model calibration on nuanced legal issues.
• Draft or edit sample legal language and arguments to improve model understanding across varied litigation scenarios.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a cross-functional project team, incorporate iterative feedback, and deliver clear written communication.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and an active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3 to 15 years of post-JD legal experience, with strong preference for trial, appellate, or litigation specialists.
• Judicial clerkship experience at the federal or state level, trial or appellate, is highly valued.
• Proven legal writing skills, experience as a law journal editor or published legal author is a plus.
• Substantial trial experience, federal court admissions, or appellate practice background will enhance your candidacy.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts with clarity, precision, and professionalism.
• Prior teaching or instructional experience in legal education, such as law school faculty, adjunct, lecturer, or fellow, is desirable.
• Required skills include legal reasoning, litigation and practice expertise, analytical rigor, calibration in ambiguous cases, legal writing, and communication precision.
