As an HR Documents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the training of next-generation AI systems by leveraging your expertise in Human Resources documentation. Your contributions will directly influence how AI models learn and perform, utilizing your domain knowledge to provide high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, review, and enhance HR documentation and templates in Portuguese.
- Leverage your background in Human Resources to evaluate, organize, and optimize a wide variety of HR documents, including policies, contracts, onboarding materials, and employee communications.
- Provide high-quality written and verbal feedback on documentation structure and clarity to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with the AI training team to deliver accurate, relevant examples of HR documentation in Portuguese, focusing on real-world terminologies and use cases.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in HR documents and recommend actionable improvements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Apply Fortune 500-level standards to all documentation and input, reflecting the latest in global HR practices and process integrity.
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese, with strong command of both written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, specifically working with or creating Human Resources documentation.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate and manage professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in HR documentation.
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies, adhering to high-quality standards and processes.
- Located in the US with a deep understanding of cross-cultural HR practices between the US and Portuguese-speaking countries.
- Proven ability to train, instruct, or guide others in documentation best practices.
Contract position, fully remote.
Compensation:Hourly rate ranging from $10 to $45.
