Role Overview
Apply your Human Resources documentation expertise to help train next-generation AI systems with accurate, practical Portuguese-language examples. You will strengthen how AI models learn, reason, and perform by creating, reviewing, and improving HR materials grounded in real-world terminology and use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and enhance Portuguese HR documents and templates using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Evaluate, organize, and optimize HR policies, contracts, onboarding materials, and employee communications.
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback on document structure and clarity, aligned with HR best practices.
- Collaborate with the AI training team to provide accurate, relevant Portuguese HR documentation examples.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in HR materials and recommend practical improvements to support compliance and effectiveness.
- Apply Fortune 500-level quality standards and process integrity to all documentation and input.
Qualifications
- Native-level Portuguese proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience focused on creating or working with Human Resources documentation.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in HR documentation.
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies and following high-quality standards and processes.
- Preferred: US-based with a strong understanding of cross-cultural HR practices in the US and Portuguese-speaking countries.
- Preferred: Ability to train, instruct, or guide others on documentation best practices.

- $10 to $45 per hour.
