Role Overview
Apply your HR documentation expertise to help improve next generation AI systems through accurate, practical Portuguese language examples and feedback. You will work with real-world HR materials, bringing a high standard of clarity, consistency, compliance, and process integrity. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and improve Portuguese HR documents and templates using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Evaluate, organize, and optimize HR policies, contracts, onboarding materials, and employee communications.
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback on document structure, clarity, and alignment with HR best practices.
- Collaborate with an AI training team to provide accurate, relevant Portuguese HR documentation examples, terminology, and real-world use cases.
- Identify inconsistencies and gaps in HR documents and recommend practical improvements that support compliance and effectiveness.
- Apply Fortune 500-level standards to documentation and inputs, reflecting current global HR practices and strong process integrity.
Qualifications
- Native-level Portuguese proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, including creating or working with HR documentation.
- Demonstrated experience producing and managing professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in HR documentation.
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies and following high-quality standards and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural HR practices in the US and Portuguese-speaking countries.
- Experience training, instructing, or guiding others on documentation best practices.
Work Terms
- Independent contractor role.
- Remote, ideally based in the United States.
Compensation
- $10 to $45 per hour.
