About this role

Use your Korean and English HR documentation expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, practical, real-world input. This remote contract role focuses on creating, reviewing, and strengthening human resources materials while contributing expert feedback that supports how AI models learn and perform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and refine HR documents, policies, and procedures in Korean and English.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality HR documentation and presentations.
  • Work remotely with a customer team to provide HR documentation expertise and help ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Apply experience from Fortune 500 environments to bring practical HR insights and best practices to AI training work.
  • Provide clear, concise written and verbal feedback to support AI model development.
  • Evaluate and improve existing HR materials for clarity, consistency, and legal compliance.
  • Contribute ongoing expert insights based on an HR background to improve AI systems.
Qualifications
  • Native-level Korean proficiency and strong professional English communication skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, or improving HR documents and processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with a demonstrable portfolio of relevant work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for feedback and documentation.
  • Comprehensive HR knowledge gained through work in, or support of, Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality HR documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience living or working in the United States.
  • Experience with AI, technology, or HR digital transformation initiatives.
  • Human resources certification, such as SHRM, PHR, or SPHR.
Work Terms
  • Independent contractor engagement.
  • Remote role, ideally based in the United States.
  • No prior AI experience is required, HR domain expertise is the primary requirement.
Compensation
  • Hourly pay of $10 to $55.
