As an HR Documents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI systems by leveraging your expertise in Human Resources documentation. Key Responsibilities:- Create, review, and refine HR documents, policies, and procedures in both Korean and English.
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality HR documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to provide expertise in Human Resources documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Apply insights gained from experience in Fortune 500 companies to enhance the AI training process.
- Deliver clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal feedback to support the development of AI models.
- Evaluate and improve existing HR documents with a focus on clarity, consistency, and legal compliance.
- Contribute expert-level insights rooted in your HR background to enhance AI systems.
- Native-level proficiency in Korean, with a strong command of English for professional communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, or refining HR documents and processes.
- Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a demonstrable portfolio of relevant work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in delivering feedback and documentation.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge gained from working in or supporting Fortune 500 organizations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality HR documents.
- Experience residing or working in the United States.
- Direct involvement in AI, technology, or HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Contract position, remote work preferred for candidates based in the US.
Compensation:Hourly pay rate ranges from $10 to $55.
Eligibility:Native-level proficiency in Korean is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
