Role Overview
Help shape how next-generation AI systems learn by applying practical Human Resources expertise to create, review, and refine HR documentation in Korean and English. This contractor role focuses on producing high-quality, real-world HR content and feedback that will be used to train and evaluate AI models. No prior AI experience is required, your HR domain knowledge is the priority. The work is remote, ideally from the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Create, review, and refine HR documents, policies, and procedures in both Korean and English.
- Use advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills to produce clear HR documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of HR materials.
- Apply best practices and real-world HR insights gained from Fortune 500 experience to improve documents and training inputs.
- Provide concise written and verbal feedback to support development and evaluation of AI models.
- Evaluate and enhance existing HR content with emphasis on clarity, consistency, and legal alignment.
- Contribute ongoing expert-level insights to improve AI systems, grounded in practical HR experience.
- Native-level proficiency in Korean, with a strong command of English for professional communication.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, or refining HR documents and processes.
- Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a demonstrable portfolio of relevant work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in delivering feedback and documentation.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, demonstrated by work in or support of Fortune 500 organizations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality HR materials.
- Preferred: experience residing or working in the United States, direct involvement in AI, technology, or HR digital transformation projects, and HR certification such as SHRM, PHR, or SPHR.

Pay range: $10.00 to $55.00 per hour.
Eligibility- Must be native-level Korean speaker and able to communicate professionally in English.
- Must meet the educational and experience requirements listed above, including a minimum of 3 years of HR documentation experience and demonstrated Fortune 500 knowledge.
- Candidates with US work or residence experience are preferred.
- Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor.
