Role Overview
Apply your French-language HR documentation expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, practical, real-world input. This remote contract role focuses on creating and evaluating high-quality HR materials for global, Fortune 500-level organizations. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and improve HR documents, policies, and templates in French, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce polished documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Apply HR process and documentation knowledge to support AI training-data development.
- Work with the client team to identify documentation gaps and strengthen HR best practices.
- Provide feedback that improves AI-generated HR document content.
- Communicate clearly in French and English, both in writing and verbally.
- Ensure materials align with industry standards and the needs of large global organizations.
Qualifications
- Native-level French proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on HR and HR documentation experience within large, complex organizations.
- Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and optimizing HR documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Significant experience supporting or working within Fortune 500 companies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Located in the United States or deeply familiar with U.S.-based HR practices.
- Experience training or mentoring others on HR documentation best practices.
- Familiarity with AI, data annotation, or technology-focused HR solutions.
Work Terms
- Remote, contract engagement.
Compensation
- $10 to $45 per hour.
