Role Overview
As an HR Documents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the training of next-generation AI systems by leveraging your expertise in human resources documentation. Your contributions will directly influence how AI models learn and perform, providing high-quality, real-world input that enhances their capabilities. This position is fully remote and offers the flexibility of contract work.
Key Responsibilities- Create, review, and optimize a variety of Human Resources documents, policies, and templates in French, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Apply your HR expertise to inform the development of AI training data.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify and address gaps in HR documentation and best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to enhance the quality of AI-generated HR content.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English for effective collaboration.
- Ensure all documentation meets the needs of global, Fortune 500-level organizations and complies with industry standards.
- Native-level proficiency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR and working with Human Resources documentation in large, complex organizations.
- Proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing HR documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in producing HR documentation.
- Significant experience supporting or working within Fortune 500 companies.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Located in the United States or possess a deep understanding of U.S.-based HR practices.
- Experience training or mentoring others in HR documentation best practices.
- Familiarity with AI, data annotation, or technology-driven HR solutions.
