Role Overview

This remote independent contractor role supports AI training by bringing practical HR knowledge, Japanese-language expertise, and strong business-document production skills to human resources content. US residence is strongly preferred to support collaboration and project alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and analyze a range of human resources documents in Japanese.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce realistic, high-quality business documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Review documentation for accuracy, formatting, and clarity, and provide feedback that strengthens AI training data.
  • Ensure materials reflect HR best practices, native-level Japanese language nuances, and Japanese business culture.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share recommendations on HR processes and content quality.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and strict confidentiality.
  • Contribute HR subject matter expertise, including HR terminology and documentation standards, to AI model training.
Qualifications
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience, including creating, managing, and evaluating human resources documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and documentation requirements for large organizations. Fortune 500 experience is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in business communication, and ability to manage projects independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience supporting US-based Japanese-speaking teams or clients is preferred.
  • Experience with AI training, technology, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

  • Remote independent contractor engagement.
  • Ideally based in the United States, with US residence strongly preferred.
Compensation

$10 to $55 per hour.
