Key Responsibilities:- Create, review, and analyze various human resources documents in Japanese, utilizing your HR expertise.
- Employ advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce realistic and high-quality business materials and presentations.
- Provide feedback on documentation accuracy, formatting, and clarity to enhance AI model training data.
- Ensure compliance of all HR documents with industry best practices, reflecting the nuances of native-level Japanese language and business culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer insights and recommendations on HR processes and content quality.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to train AI models, focusing on HR-specific terminology and documentation standards.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR, with a strong background in creating, managing, and evaluating human resources documents.
- Demonstrated ability to produce professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of HR practices and documentation requirements for large organizations, ideally with Fortune 500 experience.
- Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in business communication.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently in a remote work environment.
- Experience working with US-based Japanese-speaking teams or clients.
- Background in AI training projects, technology, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Residence in the US strongly preferred for collaboration and project alignment.
This is a contract position that allows for remote work, ideally suited for candidates based in the US.
Compensation:The hourly pay ranges from $10 to $55, depending on experience and qualifications.
