Role Overview

Help train next-generation AI by producing and evaluating Japanese-language human resources materials. This contractor role focuses on creating realistic, high-quality HR documents and presentations in Japanese, ensuring accuracy, cultural nuance, and alignment with industry best practices. No prior AI experience is required, your HR domain expertise and native-level Japanese are the core qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and analyze a variety of human resources documents in Japanese, including policies, procedures, templates, employee communications, and presentations.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate realistic business materials, spreadsheets, and slide decks suitable for large organizations.
  • Provide detailed feedback on document accuracy, formatting, clarity, and adherence to HR standards to improve training data quality.
  • Ensure HR documentation reflects native-level Japanese language usage and appropriate business culture nuances.
  • Recommend improvements to HR content and processes based on subject matter expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support the AI training effort.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience, including creating, managing, and evaluating HR documents.
  • Proven ability to produce professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in business communication.
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment, managing projects on your own.
  • Preferred: experience with HR in large organizations, ideally Fortune 500 exposure.
  • Preferred: experience with US-based Japanese-speaking teams or clients.
  • Preferred: prior involvement in AI training projects, technology initiatives, or digital transformation work.
Work Terms
  • Engagement type, independent contractor.
  • Location, fully remote, ideally based in the United States.
  • Residence in the United States is strongly preferred for collaboration and project alignment.
  • No prior AI experience required, the role leverages your HR subject expertise to inform AI model training.
Compensation
  • Pay range, $10.00 to $55.00 per hour.
Eligibility
  • Candidates should be able to work as an independent contractor.
  • US residence is strongly preferred, though remote work is accepted.
