About this role

Role Overview

Apply your HR documentation expertise and native-level Japanese language skills to help improve next-generation AI systems. You will create, assess, and refine realistic HR materials that support AI training, with a focus on accuracy, business clarity, and Japanese workplace context. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and analyze a range of human resources documents in Japanese.
  • Develop high-quality business documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide feedback on document accuracy, formatting, and clarity to strengthen AI training materials.
  • Ensure materials reflect HR best practices, native-level Japanese language nuances, and Japanese business culture.
  • Work with cross-functional collaborators to share recommendations on HR processes and content quality.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and strict confidentiality.
  • Contribute expertise in HR terminology, documentation standards, and business communication to AI model training.

Qualifications

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience, including creating, managing, and evaluating HR documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and documentation requirements for large organizations. Fortune 500 experience is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate business communication.
  • Ability to manage work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting US-based Japanese-speaking teams or clients.
  • Experience with AI training, technology, or digital transformation initiatives.

Work Terms

  • Independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

  • $10 to $55 per hour.
