This contractor role focuses on producing high-quality employee handbooks, onboarding materials, policies, and procedure manuals in Chinese, plus formatted spreadsheets and presentations that reflect real-world HR workflows. Key Responsibilities- Develop, review, and improve a broad range of Human Resources documents in Chinese, including employee handbooks, onboarding materials, policies, and procedure manuals.
- Create, format, and edit complex spreadsheets, presentations, and documents to meet project specifications using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Provide expert input on HR workflows and documentation standards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Translate and localize HR content from or into Chinese while preserving clarity, nuance, and professional tone for Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and project managers by providing high-quality examples and structured feedback to improve model outputs.
- Maintain precise, professional written and verbal communication in all deliverables.
- Use experience from Fortune 500 or large-company HR contexts to represent realistic scenarios and documentation use cases.
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese.
- Strong command of English, written and verbal.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Human Resources experience, including HR documentation.
- Proven ability to generate and refine documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, compliance considerations, and industry-standard documentation practices.
- Experience working within or creating content for Fortune 500 companies.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher.
- Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Preferred: U.S.-based candidates, prior HR documentation or consulting experience in technology, finance, or multinational environments, and familiarity with AI training or large language model projects.
