Role Overview

Produce, refine, and localize professional Human Resources documentation in Chinese to help train next generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on high-quality HR content creation and editing, contributing real-world HR examples that improve how AI models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and improve a broad range of HR documents in Chinese, including employee handbooks, onboarding materials, policies, and procedure manuals.
  • Create, format, and edit complex spreadsheets, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to meet project specifications.
  • Translate or localize HR content, preserving clarity, tone, and nuance appropriate for Chinese-speaking professionals.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR workflows, documentation standards, and compliance best practices.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and project managers by supplying high-quality examples and feedback to improve model outputs.
  • Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication, accuracy, and professionalism in all deliverables.
  • Represent realistic Fortune 500 HR scenarios and documentation use cases based on prior corporate experience.
Qualifications
  • Native-level proficiency in Chinese and strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources and HR documentation.
  • Proven ability to generate and refine documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes, compliance, and industry-standard documentation.
  • Experience working within or creating content for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Bachelor''s degree or higher.
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred: prior HR documentation or consulting experience in technology, finance, or multinational sectors, and familiarity with AI training or large language model projects.

Compensation
  • Pay range: $10.00 to $55.00 per hour.
Eligibility
