Portuguese Marketing Documentation Specialist for AI Training

• Create, review, and edit a variety of marketing documents, including presentations, reports, and spreadsheets in Portuguese using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Apply marketing principles to ensure documents meet industry standards and client objectives.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to generate high-quality content and documentation for AI training purposes.
• Analyze marketing materials for clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness, providing constructive feedback to optimize output.
• Translate marketing ideas and data into visually compelling presentations and organized spreadsheets.
• Uphold high standards of written and verbal communication in both Portuguese and English for seamless collaboration.
• Utilize your experience with Fortune 500 companies to deliver best-in-class documentation and insights.

• Native-level Portuguese language proficiency, with demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, specifically in creating and managing marketing documents.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a portfolio of well-crafted documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Proven experience supporting or collaborating with Fortune 500 organizations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate marketing documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

Contract position, remote work is available, ideally based in the US.

Hourly pay ranges from $10 to $55.

Applicants should ideally be based in the US for optimal collaboration with cross-functional, global teams. Prior participation in AI-related projects or familiarity with AI training data requirements is preferred.
