Business Document Specialist for AI Evaluation (Japanese Speaker)

Evaluate and improve AI-generated business documents to meet high professional standards. In this remote, contract role you will apply business judgment and advanced Office Suite skills to review, critique, and shape outputs across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations. You will work with AI systems to create realistic business scenarios, provide structured feedback, and help raise the quality and usability of AI-driven productivity tools. The work supports a leading AI data lab focused on turning domain expertise into training data and evaluation processes for frontier AI models.

• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word alongside AI systems to perform realistic business tasks and produce professional deliverables.
• Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated documents across finance, strategy, marketing, operations, and related areas.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios and workflows, including analyses, presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting quality standards.
• Communicate actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of AI systems.
• Annotate and document recurring issues, escalate when appropriate, and help ensure AI outputs meet business user needs.
• Champion clarity, structure, and professionalism in every deliverable.

• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or other business functions.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished business deliverables.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or a strong willingness to learn these tools quickly.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or other advanced degree, and experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.
