Business Document Analyst (Japanese Speaker)

Evaluate and improve AI-generated business documents by applying professional business judgment and advanced Office Suite skills. In this remote contract role you will test realistic business workflows, critique deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, and provide structured feedback so AI-driven productivity tools produce Fortune 500 or consulting-level outputs.

• Work directly with AI systems to perform complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate and critique AI-generated deliverables for accuracy, business relevance, clarity, and professional presentation.
• Design and execute realistic business scenarios and test cases that mirror current professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and recommendations to cross-functional teams to improve AI performance.
• Annotate and document recurring errors or edge cases, and escalate issues so models consistently meet business user needs.
• Champion quality, structure, and clarity for every deliverable, aligning outputs to enterprise-level standards.

• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished, professional business deliverables.
• Strong business analysis and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive critiques.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or a willingness to learn quickly in a tech-focused environment.
• Japanese speaker, able to read and communicate in Japanese at a professional level.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced contract role.

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or other advanced degree, and experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

• Engagement type: Contract role, fully remote.
• Location preference: Ideally based in the United States, remote work acceptable.

• Pay range: $30 - $70 per hour.

• Candidates must be able to work under a contract engagement; any visa or sponsorship constraints should be checked prior to application if applicable.
