Marketing Documents Specialist (Chinese)

As a Marketing Documents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the training of next-generation AI systems. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in marketing documentation and a native-level proficiency in Chinese.

• Create, review, and enhance marketing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in both Chinese and English using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Utilize your expert knowledge of marketing strategies to produce realistic, industry-grade content for AI training purposes.
• Analyze marketing materials for accuracy, engagement, and adherence to Fortune 500 standards.
• Deliver clear and compelling written and verbal communication in Chinese at a native level.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer''s team to ensure project deliverables meet requirements and timelines.
• Provide insights into cultural nuances and language intricacies relevant to marketing documents for Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions and deliverables.

• Native-level proficiency in Chinese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing and managing marketing documents for high-profile clients.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, particularly for document creation and data presentation.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or similar environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, professional documents under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting while collaborating with a diverse team.

• Based in the US or significant working experience in US-based organizations.
• Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing or document creation is a plus.
• Exposure to multilingual or cross-cultural marketing projects.

Contract position, remote work preferred, ideally based in the US.

Hourly rate ranging from $10 to $55.

Must have the right to work in the US. No prior experience in AI is required.
