Chinese Marketing Documentation Specialist

Apply Chinese-language marketing expertise to create high-quality training inputs that help AI systems learn, reason, and perform. This remote contract role focuses on producing, reviewing, and improving professional marketing documents for Chinese-speaking audiences.

• Create, review, and enhance marketing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in Chinese and English using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Use marketing strategy and documentation expertise to develop realistic, industry-grade content for AI training.
• Assess marketing materials for accuracy, audience engagement, and alignment with Fortune 500 standards.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively in Chinese, both in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer team to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Provide guidance on cultural nuances and language details for marketing materials aimed at Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and deliverables.

• Native-level Chinese proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, including creating or managing marketing documents for high-profile clients.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, particularly for document creation and data presentation.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or comparable professional environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce polished documents under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a diverse team.

• Based in the United States or significant experience working with US-based organizations.
• Understanding of AI applications in marketing or document creation.
• Experience with multilingual or cross-cultural marketing projects.
