Generalist for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input across a range of topics. This remote contract role focuses on evaluating, annotating, and refining data and model outputs. No previous AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and annotate varied datasets used for AI training and validation.
• Provide clear, accurate written feedback that meets project requirements.
• Review, refine, and improve model outputs for relevance and accuracy.
• Complete problem-solving tasks requiring critical thinking and broad understanding across multiple domains.
• Follow project guidance and take part in quality-assurance processes to meet delivery standards.
• Communicate findings effectively in writing and verbally.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout each assignment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical abilities.
• A demonstrated ability to produce precise, detail-oriented work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, digital-first environment.
• A reliable commitment to completing project requirements on time and to a high standard.
• Data labeling or annotation experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• $50 to $90 per hour.
