English Language AI Training and Evaluation Contributor

Help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems by designing prompts, running controlled comparisons between large language models, and delivering clear, structured verbal and written evaluations in American English. This remote contractor role pays between $20 and $30 per hour, emphasizes domain knowledge over prior AI experience, and requires recording your screen and microphone during sessions.

• Create diverse prompts across a wide range of topics to probe and challenge large language models.
• Submit identical prompts to two different models, recording your screen and audio for each interaction.
• Speak aloud as you compare model outputs in real time, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and notable differences.
• Provide detailed, structured verbal feedback in clear American English, explaining your reasoning and preferences.
• Maintain professional clarity in both spoken and written communication during each recorded session.
• Read and apply provided documentation and project guidelines to ensure consistent evaluation standards and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with the project team to support continuous improvement of model behavior and evaluation methods.

• High-level fluency in spoken and written American English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to express natural opinions and observations.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Skill in documenting observations and interpreting evaluation guidance.
• Comfortable recording screen and audio for extended evaluation sessions in a distraction-free environment.
• Reliable technical setup, including a capable computer, stable internet connection, and the ability to capture high-quality audio and video.
• Experience with large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
• Background in data annotation, AI training, quality assurance, content evaluation, or research is advantageous.
