Image Evaluation Specialist for AI Training

Evaluate images to help train next generation AI systems by providing high quality, real world assessments that shape how models learn and reason. This remote, contractor role focuses on domain knowledge, visual judgment, and clear written reasoning. No prior AI experience is required.

• Review and evaluate images in alignment with detailed project guidelines and quality standards.
• Detect and document visual inconsistencies, errors, and deviations from established criteria.
• Write concise, well structured explanations to justify review decisions and provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain calibration and consistency by communicating with peers when criteria or rubrics are updated.
• Identify, flag, and describe edge cases or novel image patterns that fall outside current guidelines.
• Surface ambiguities or gaps in project documentation and contribute suggestions for improvement.
• Work independently in a remote environment to deliver high volume, high quality assessments.

• Required skills: critical thinking, strong visual attention to detail, and clear written English.
• Demonstrated analytic judgment in structured review or evaluation processes is preferred.
• Experience in content evaluation, moderation, quality assurance, annotation, or trust and safety work is valued but not mandatory.
• Comfort using review tools or annotation platforms for digital content.
• Proactive approach to ambiguous situations, with a willingness to raise unaddressed issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Relevant backgrounds include fields that emphasize methodical review and clear reasoning, such as arts, design, finance, research, customer support, or education.
