Image Evaluation Generalist

Role Overview

Help improve next generation AI systems by evaluating images for a remote customer image assessment project. You will apply careful visual judgment and clear written reasoning to produce high quality assessments. No prior AI experience is required, your subject matter expertise and review skills are what matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate images against detailed project guidelines and quality standards.
• Identify and document visual inconsistencies, errors, and deviations from established criteria.
• Write concise, well structured explanations supporting review decisions.
• Maintain consistent calibration with peers as project criteria and rubrics change.
• Identify, flag, and describe edge cases or unfamiliar image patterns not covered by current guidance.
• Improve project documentation by highlighting ambiguities and gaps.
• Work independently in a remote setting while delivering high quality, high volume assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and analytical judgment, especially in structured review work.
• Exceptional visual attention to detail and the ability to spot subtle issues in images.
• Clear, concise written English for actionable feedback and documentation.
• Experience in content evaluation, moderation, quality assurance, annotation, or trust and safety is valued.
• Comfort using review tools or annotation platforms for digital content.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to resolving ambiguity and surfacing unaddressed issues.
• Background in a field requiring methodical review and clear written reasoning, such as arts, design, finance, research, customer support, or education.

Compensation

• $20 to $30 per hour.
