Generalist Content Reviewer for AI Model Training

Help improve frontier AI systems by evaluating the everyday professional materials they produce. You will assess documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written work for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and overall quality, with feedback that helps shape real-world AI outputs.

This role is designed for detail-oriented generalists who can apply sound judgment across varied subjects and formats. Deep specialization in a single field is not required. Careful reading and clear written reasoning are central to the work.

• Review documents, slides, spreadsheets, and related materials for quality and correctness.
• Provide clear, well-reasoned written feedback and ratings.
• Compare and rank AI-generated outputs using defined criteria.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, reasoning gaps, and formatting issues.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent English reading comprehension and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment across a range of subject areas.
• Ability to work independently using common productivity tools, including document, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
• No previous AI or machine-learning experience is required. Guidance and context will be provided.

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Applicants must be based in the United States or Canada.

$50 to $70 per hour.
