Generalist for AI Model Training and Evaluation

Help improve frontier AI systems by evaluating the quality of everyday professional work products. This remote, hourly role is suited to detail-oriented generalists who can apply sound judgment across documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written materials.

Role Overview

Your feedback will help shape how AI systems reason about and produce practical work. You will assess AI-generated and related content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review documents, slides, spreadsheets, and similar materials for quality and correctness.
• Provide clear written ratings and well-supported feedback.
• Compare and rank AI-generated outputs using defined evaluation criteria.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, reasoning gaps, and formatting issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent English reading comprehension and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment across varied subject areas.
• Ability to work independently with common productivity tools, including documents, slides, and spreadsheets.
• Previous AI or machine-learning experience is not required. Role-specific guidelines and context will be provided.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Applicants must be based in the United Kingdom or Europe.

Compensation

50 to 70 per hour.
