Role Overview
Apply your engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality technical analysis, feedback, and real-world engineering input. No previous AI experience is required, the role centers on your engineering knowledge and judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze engineering documentation, including technical reports, design documents, and project analyses.
- Provide detailed written feedback, technical clarifications, and expert commentary on complex engineering scenarios.
- Assess the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of engineering submissions across multiple disciplines.
- Create practical engineering examples and problem sets that help AI systems understand real-world engineering contexts.
- Collaborate across functions to align deliverables with project milestones and requirements.
- Share industry best practices and technical insights to improve project methodologies.
Qualifications
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical, civil, electrical, or chemical engineering.
- Experience producing technical reports, design documentation, or detailed project analyses.
- Strong engineering documentation analysis and technical report writing skills.
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience contributing to multidisciplinary or cross-functional engineering projects.
- A proactive problem-solving approach and interest in technology and engineering education.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, or engineering quality assurance processes is a plus.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $20 to $40 per hour.
