Engineering Expert for AI Model Training

In this contractor role you will analyze technical materials, create real-world examples, and provide expert feedback that improves model reasoning and performance across engineering domains.

• Review and analyze engineering documentation, including technical reports, design documents, and project analyses.
• Provide detailed written feedback, technical clarifications, and expert-level commentary on complex engineering scenarios.
• Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of engineering submissions from multiple disciplines.
• Develop real-world engineering examples and problem sets to ground AI model training in practical contexts.
• Collaborate with the project team to align deliverables with milestones and customer requirements.
• Share industry best practices and technical insights to help improve project methodologies and data quality.
• Contribute domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, without requiring prior AI experience.

• Required skills: engineering documentation analysis, technical report writing, clear written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Preferred degrees: BSc, MSc, or PhD in an engineering discipline such as mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience producing technical reports, design documentation, or in-depth project analyses.
• Experience presenting complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of contributing to multidisciplinary or cross-functional engineering projects.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and interest in supporting technology innovation and engineering education.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, or engineering quality assurance processes is a plus.
