Computer Science Specialist for AI Training

Contribute advanced computer science expertise to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems, by creating, reviewing, and refining high-quality technical content and real-world scenarios that shape how models learn, reason, and perform. This fully remote contractor role values domain knowledge and technical communication skills, no prior experience in AI is required.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and evaluate computer science problems, solutions, and applied methodologies to inform AI system training.
- Author, critique, and edit technical documentation, including system design documents, research write-ups, and technical papers, ensuring clarity and rigor.
- Develop and review real-world computer science scenarios, datasets, and case studies for use in AI learning workflows.
- Assess technical queries and produce detailed, well-structured responses grounded in current best practices and foundational concepts.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to refine task guidelines and optimize data quality.
- Provide insightful written and verbal feedback to improve model accuracy, relevance, and robustness.
- Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of AI-driven tools with constructive analysis and domain expertise.
- Technical writing and technical communication skills, including editing and reviewing technical documents.
- System design, algorithms, and data analysis.
- Experience or knowledge in distributed systems, databases, and artificial intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborative research experience, ability to work with project teams, and adaptability to project guidelines.
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Experience authoring technical papers, system design documents, or research publications.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one specialized domain such as algorithms, distributed systems, networking, databases, or AI.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Track record of collaborative research, technical reviews, or open-source contributions is a plus.
