Apply your technology transactions expertise to improve how advanced AI systems interpret contract language, identify risk, and support real-world legal work. This part-time opportunity focuses on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining workflows used to train and evaluate legal AI.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Create, review, and refine contract-negotiation playbooks for varied real-world scenarios and company requirements.
- Assess AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback that improves precision and performance.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
- Partner with product and research teams to refine data, guidance, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of Counsel experience focused on technology transactions, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, APAs, and SPAs.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and contract-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, close attention to detail, and strong analytical judgment.
- Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments and an interest in legal technology innovation.
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
- Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private-equity fund formation.
