Role Overview
Apply your technology-transactions experience to improve how advanced AI systems review, interpret, and negotiate legal agreements. This part-time opportunity focuses on training and evaluating AI for real-world contract work, with particular emphasis on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI-generated responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves accuracy, risk identification, and legal judgment.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
- Work with product and research teams to refine training data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of in-house experience in technology transactions, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Strong contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical ability.
- Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology, with experience collaborating across disciplines in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
- Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private-equity fund formation.
Work Terms
- Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $100 to $200 per hour.
