Apply your commercial legal expertise to improve next-generation AI systems through practical contract playbooks, agreement analysis, and high-quality expert feedback. This document-driven contractor role focuses on translating real-world contract negotiation and management knowledge into training materials. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine contract-negotiation playbooks for varied business scenarios and company requirements.
- Draft, analyze, and annotate commercial agreements with clarity, precision, and attention to relevant standards.
- Provide expert guidance on contract-management practices, negotiation strategies, contract review, and risk assessment.
- Evaluate existing contract templates and identify improvements to efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Source and supply eligible transaction materials that support the documentation objectives.
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback that strengthens AI system understanding and outputs.
Qualifications
- Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel.
- Strong experience developing or using corporate contract-negotiation playbooks.
- Demonstrated commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and contract-management expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity.
- Experience with document-driven assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
- Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights.
Work Terms
- Remote, independent contractor engagement.
- The work is centered on contract documentation and eligible transaction materials.
Compensation
$100 to $200 per hour.
