Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex scenarios across multiple practice areas.
- Review contracts, regulatory filings, and legal documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Interpret laws, regulations, and policies for structured legal evaluations.
- Prepare concise written summaries and legal reasoning for case-based scenarios.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve legal workflows and documentation standards.
- Identify inconsistencies, legal risks, and compliance gaps in legal materials.
- Handle all work with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in legal research, contract analysis, or regulatory interpretation.
- Excellent written communication, documentation, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with legal compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong organization, critical-thinking skills, verbal communication, and professional judgment.
- Experience working remotely with distributed legal or compliance teams is preferred.
- Experience with litigation support, compliance reviews, or legal operations initiatives is preferred.
Work Terms
- Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
- No prior AI experience is required. Legal domain expertise is the primary qualification.
Compensation
$15 to $25 per hour.
