Legal Professional for AI Model Training

Apply your legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through original, expert-authored legal materials. This remote contractor engagement focuses on supplying detailed, real-world documents that help AI models learn, reason, and perform more effectively. No prior AI experience is required.

You will contribute nuanced legal content, including memos, case analyses, contracts, and policy papers. Submissions should demonstrate genuine legal judgment, technical depth, and clear organization, with multimodal elements such as tables, figures, charts, or diagrams where relevant.

• Provide original, professionally structured legal documents in PDF or Word format, including textual analysis and supporting tables, charts, or diagrams.
• Ensure all submitted materials are your own work and are not sourced from the internet or synthetically generated.
• Demonstrate strong legal analysis, issue spotting, and technical depth in each submission.
• Contribute a variety of document types and lengths, ideally ranging from 10 to 100 pages, that reflect real-world legal work.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privilege awareness in all documents and communications.
• Participate in feedback cycles to clarify content or improve its usefulness for AI model training.
• Provide clear written and verbal updates, context, and explanations when needed.

• Experience as a practising lawyer, legal researcher, compliance consultant, or other legal professional with hands-on legal analysis and document drafting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal documents, such as memos, case briefs, contracts, or policy analyses.
• Strong legal writing skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts accurately and clearly.
• Legal analysis and issue-spotting capability.
• Experience incorporating tables, diagrams, or other formats into legal documents.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality obligations, privilege, and data privacy in legal practice and document sharing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for project correspondence.
• Experience in compliance, policy, or a specialized legal area such as intellectual property, regulatory, or corporate law is an asset.
