About this role

Role Overview

Help improve the safety of advanced AI models by applying PhD-level scientific expertise to specialized technical topics in Polish. Training is provided, and prior AI or machine learning experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create expert-level Polish-language prompts spanning specialized scientific subjects.
  • Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate treatment of sensitive content.
  • Use structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
  • Apply scientific judgment to help strengthen how AI models handle specialized Polish technical content.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing or completed PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
  • Scientific depth sufficient to develop prompts involving chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear subject areas.
  • Native or near-native Polish fluency and business-level written English.
  • Strong familiarity with current laboratory and computational techniques in your specialty.
  • Sound judgment regarding scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information.

Preferred Background

  • Based in Poland or elsewhere in Eastern Europe, though applicants located elsewhere are welcome.
  • Chemistry-based radiological or nuclear expertise, including radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, energetic materials, or radiation physics.
  • Demonstrated specialization in an area such as organic or inorganic synthesis, molecular biology, microbiology, virology, or genetics.
  • Research or coursework in chemical safety and security, biosafety and biosecurity, or hazardous-materials handling.
  • Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content.

Work Terms

  • Remote, hourly engagement.
  • Immediate start.

Compensation

50 to 54 per hour.
