About this role

Role Overview

Use your scientific expertise to help improve the safety of advanced AI systems as they address specialized technical topics in Spanish. You will assess and strengthen model performance across scientific content, with training provided for the evaluation workflow. Prior AI or machine learning experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create expert-level Spanish prompts covering specialized scientific subjects.
  • Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate treatment of sensitive material.
  • Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
  • Help improve how AI models handle specialized scientific topics in Spanish.
Qualifications
  • PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related discipline, either in progress or completed.
  • Ability to develop prompts involving chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear subject areas.
  • Native or near-native Spanish fluency and business-level written English.
  • Deep familiarity with current laboratory and computational techniques in your scientific subfield.
  • Sound judgment regarding scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Based in Spain or elsewhere in Western Europe, though applicants in other locations are welcome.
  • Chemistry-based radiological or nuclear expertise, including radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, energetic materials, or radiation physics.
  • Demonstrated depth in a focused area, such as organic or inorganic synthesis, molecular biology, microbiology, virology, or genetics.
  • Research or coursework in chemical safety and security, biosafety and biosecurity, or hazardous-materials handling.
  • Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content.
Work Terms
  • Remote, hourly engagement.
  • Immediate start date.
Compensation

$58 to $62 per hour.
