Role Overview
Use your scientific expertise and Czech language skills to help improve the safety of advanced AI systems handling specialized technical subjects. You will assess how models respond to Czech scientific content and help strengthen their accuracy, helpfulness, and treatment of sensitive information. AI or machine learning experience is not required, and training will be provided for the workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Create expert level Czech prompts covering specialized scientific topics.
- Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate handling of sensitive content.
- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
- Use subject matter expertise to evaluate and improve model performance on specialized Czech technical topics.
Qualifications
- PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field, either in progress or completed.
- Ability to create prompts across chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear subject areas.
- Native or near native Czech fluency and business level written English.
- Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational methods in your specialty.
- Sound judgment regarding scientific safety and responsible treatment of dual use information.
Preferred Background
- Based in the Czech Republic or elsewhere in Eastern Europe, though applicants in other locations are welcome.
- Chemistry based radiological or nuclear expertise, including radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, energetic materials, or radiation physics.
- Deep specialization in an area such as organic or inorganic synthesis, molecular biology, microbiology, virology, or genetics.
- Research or coursework related to chemical safety and security, biosafety and biosecurity, or hazardous materials handling.
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red teaming technical content.
Work Terms
- Remote, with Eastern Europe preferred.
- Hourly engagement.
- Immediate start.
Compensation
- 53 to 57 per hour.
