About this role

Help improve the safety and reliability of advanced AI systems by applying PhD-level scientific expertise to specialized technical content in Danish. This role focuses on evaluating how models handle complex scientific topics, including sensitive and dual-use information. No prior AI or machine learning experience is required, and training on the workflow is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write expert-level Danish prompts covering specialized scientific subjects.
  • Evaluate and annotate AI responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate treatment of sensitive material.
  • Use structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
  • Apply scientific expertise to assess and strengthen AI performance on technical Danish-language content.
Qualifications
  • Current or completed PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field, with sufficient depth to develop prompts involving chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear subject areas.
  • Native or near-native Danish fluency and business-level written English.
  • Strong familiarity with current laboratory and computational techniques in your specialty.
  • Sound judgment regarding scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information.
Preferred Background
  • Residence in Denmark or elsewhere in Western Europe is preferred, though applicants located elsewhere are welcome.
  • Chemistry-based radiological or nuclear expertise, including radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, energetic materials, or radiation physics.
  • Deep specialization in an area such as organic or inorganic synthesis, molecular biology, microbiology, virology, or genetics.
  • Research or coursework in chemical safety and security, biosafety and biosecurity, or hazardous-materials handling.
  • Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content.
Work Terms
  • Remote, hourly engagement.
  • Immediate start.
  • Western Europe is preferred, but not required.
Compensation
  • Hourly rate of 61 to 65.
