Role Overview
Provide high-quality native Peruvian Spanish voice recordings to train and evaluate an internal customer experience AI agent. This role requires consistent, expressive, and clean performances across varied scripts, and your audio may be used to create a voice clone for the client''s CX agent. The recordings will be used exclusively for that internal CX AI Agent and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Record clear, natural, and expressive speech across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material.
- Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery across multiple sessions.
- Deliver precise script reading while preserving a natural performance, including multiple takes when requested.
- Provide variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as directed to support training data diversity.
- Follow detailed recording guidelines regarding environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
Qualifications
- Native Peruvian female Spanish speaker, currently based in Peru.
- Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
- Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, such as a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter.
- Strong control of intonation, diction, pacing, and emotional range.
- Ability to follow scripts precisely and deliver consistent takes.
- Reliable availability of 5 to 10 hours per week for the duration of the project.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recording for text to speech systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
- Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
- Ability to perform multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
Work Terms
- Remote engagement.
- Hourly work.
- Weekly time commitment typically 5 to 10 hours, with scheduling to be coordinated per recording sessions.
Compensation
- 50 - 50 hourly

- Applicants must be female, native Peruvian Spanish speakers, and currently located in Peru.
- By applying, you must accept that your recorded voice may be cloned for the client''s internal CX AI Agent. The client will use the recordings solely for that internal CX agent and will not sell, license, or repurpose them for other products, datasets, or uses.
