Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Peninsular)

Provide high-quality Castilian Peninsular Spanish voice recordings to train and evaluate a next-generation text to speech system for an internal customer service AI agent. Recordings will be used exclusively for the client''s internal CX AI Agent and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for any other product, dataset, or purpose. Candidates must be comfortable with their voice being cloned for this specific internal use.

• Record clear, natural, and expressive voice samples across a range of scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional content
• Maintain consistent voice, accent, tone, pacing, and pronunciation across sessions
• Follow detailed recording and delivery guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
• Perform multiple takes with controlled variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested

• Native Castilian / Peninsular Spanish speaker currently based in Spain
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcast
• Access to a professional or near professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet room, and pop filter
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping a natural delivery
• Reliable availability for 5-10 hours per week over the project duration
• Willingness to permit voice cloning for the client''s CX AI Agent, understanding recordings will remain restricted to that internal use

• Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
• Ability to produce multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm

• Location, remote, must be based in Spain
• Engagement type, hourly commitment
• Expected availability, 5-10 hours per week for the duration of the project
• Recording performed from the candidate''s own equipment and environment
